The Jack Stephens Youth Golf Academy

The First Tee of Central Arkansas features a 9-hole Championship course, with yardage ranging from 2,198 to 3,428 and a 9-hole par-3 course (48 yards to 113 yards).

Since 2001, our 16-acre driving range has been ranked in the Top 100 Driving Ranges for public facilities. Today, the State of Arkansas has three First Tee Chapters — Little Rock, Fort Smith and Lowell — all sharing in the mission of The First Tee.

Who We Serve

For $250, children aged 5 to 17 are provided with year around access to a state-of-the-art facility and our Life Skills Experience. Our Life Skills Experience provides age-appropriate programming that introduce the Nine Core Values and Nine Healthy Habits. The Nine Core Values include honesty, integrity, respect, responsibility, courtesy, sportsmanship, confidence, judgment and perseverance. These values are essential for young people to make positive choices and overcome challenges across all areas of their lives. Additionally, concepts around healthy choices (Nine Healthy Habits) reinforce the importance of physical, social and emotional wellness.

How We Operate

Although the Stephens family donated the initial funds, we have been on our own financially for several years. Our programs and facility require $750,000 per year. We rely on the financial support of both individuals and companies in our community. We appreciate any time or money you have to give.
